The sky is getting dark.. Is started to drizzling.. After Sabrina's school children day celebration.. I planned brought Sabrina to new Indoor playground at Kovan. http://ido.per.sg/theincredibles/?p=8306 We were meetup with Sherann and her mummy at Rumbia station and had lunch at Heartland Mall . The location is very convenience and easy to find. We reached there about 2.45pm, we did not sign up for member. Just paid $12.00 for 2 hours play. The place is very clean and not so many people. Good ! Children can have whole playground. In the beginning, Sabrina still can taking care of Sherann but slowly she has leave Sherann behind because she can't wait to play.. she go very fast till Sherann can't even find her then Sherann cried... Luckily, got one kind Crystal jiejie helping to take over Sherann. She is helping Sherann to slide down from the tunnel. Sabrina,she goes very fast.. until both of them can't even find her but they are scouting for each others. Some photos sho...

I had been approached by principal Mrs Lee to help up on children day celebration. I would be in-charge at Chopsticks game stall station 1. Some K2 students are employed to help up in the stall. Sabrina was very happy that I was helping in her school and she said it to me " Mummy, this is your first time work in my school". :) She is playing memories card game. Waiting for her turn to play All the children "hooray' for the prizes their won... Bean bag are full... Brought home a lot of .. a lot of Tbits..

2 Piano books recommended by Piano teacher for the lessons. 3 books will be teach during the lesson. Piano teacher will guide Sabrina with Theory part in first 10min. Sabrina got no problem to remembering the keys position. She is slowly get into the learning mood., To my surprise Piano also got also homework to do and need to practice it at home. Teacher not advice us to buy a keyboard because of the keys very soft and easy to press and the piano keys is harder. Is very difference from a piano. We may need to buy a piano at the latest stage. After we had attended Sunday Mass at 9.00am, we went to church children day celebration party at canteen. Sabrina had some games there. We did not planned to go anywhere! After lunch, we just brought Sabrina down to have some outdoor sports. We had brought her skate shoes, scooter, cycle down to our void deck. Now Sabrina, she could cycle very well, she able to cycle up to the slope by herself. her cycling skill is more stable. I had told her , I will let her cycle to school everyday, when she reach K2 next year. We happened to see our Malay neighbour also there.So they decide to played together. Sabrina had 4 falls , when she is try to caught up with the big big jiejie, her skating skill is still need to be improve, She is brave , at least she did not cry when she had so many falls. she still could get up by herself . Thumb Up for my little girl.

We had changed Sabrina swimming lesson from 11.30am to afternoon 3pm, because she had started her English Creative Writing at 9.30am to 11.30am. They had 5 people in a group, I thought they are almost same age as Sabrina or 1 year older. Recently, she did mention that swimming is very tiring. She don wish to continual the swimming lesson.I am not encouraging her to stop because I don't want her gain this kind of negative thinking. I am encourage her to try out this term again. If really can not make it then we will let her rest. Breaststroke, is a challenging task for Sabrina. This is the second time on Breaststroke. I hope she can make it this time round.

When I was stepped in the class, teacher was told me, they had compo tested just now and Sabrina, she had did it very well. Food Compo, she had wrote it all by herself. All teachers was very impressed. She could spells all the words by herself. She had got 8/10 marks. A child has a good function in phonics, she could or read the words easily by using the phonics skills. She do not need to practising the spelling by writing it many time. She could spell the word easily by listening the phonics sounds. I gave her a kiss immediately after talking to the teacher. Sabrina also very happy of her own achievement.

This week, I was teaches Sabrina about Number Patterns. I am starting with her Adding and Negative patterns. Adding Pattern I teach her how to find out a difference from this sequence between 24 to 31 then the numbers goes ( 25,26,27,28,29,30,31)= + 7 numbers 24 , 31 , 38 , 45 , .. 52..., .. 59.... , That mean she need to use 45 + 7 = 52 is the number after 45. what is the number after 52 ? use 52+7 = 59 is the number after 52. The pattern is continued by adding 7 to the last number each time. Negative Pattern The question is 70,63 , 56,49 , . 42.. , ..35.. I teach her to find out a difference from this sequence between 70 down to 63. then the numbers went down (69,68,67,66,65,64,63) = - 7 numbers That mean she need to use 49-7 =42 is the number after 49. what is the number after 42 ? use 42-7 = 35 is the number after 42. The pattern is continued by -7 to the last number each time. Advice before learning numbers pattern, A child should well master for adding and subtraction. Yes ...

Sabrina had told me,their class never go playground today because teacher had brought them to walk around the school with their lantern. Last year, we were celebrated 中秋节 in St Anne's Church. This year we had to attended a celebration 中秋节 in Rivervale crescent ,Everyone will collect their free lantern and moon cake. Megan blown up Playground for children,Sabrina is having fun. Free balloons for children, when we are Q for balloon,Sabrina keep asking where is Sherann meimei ? Finally, Sherann is here to collect her hand flower balloon, after that Sabrina and Sherann went blown up playground. Is Lion dance show time, Sabrina met Ziv there also. First time so near to the lion head. Sabrina and Sherann are enjoyed playing fire crackers...Sabrina had a wonderful Mid Autumn Lantern Festival this year. We went home about 10.00pm. Good night!

Almost of the story books we got from Library, I can't imaging Sabrina like to read this type of monsters book..She told me she likes these 2 books best. Patience is important key of the drawing. Learning to draw is like having the heros fight in any role-playing games to gain experience in order to level up. To guide children to draw, parents need a lot of patience. I always sit beside her when she was trying new thing, I will point to her the area need to rub and draw it again. Sometimes she lose temper said she can't do it. I will advice her, she need to patience and more cum that she will do it well. She is now 5 year old, her the motor skill is quite stable. A difficult turn and shape she could do it. She mention the dragon is angry because the eyes is over shape. Her eyes of detail help her in the journey. Brains are very important because you need to use your brains to figure out the drawing problems and patterns. Creativity, imagination, logic, knowledge, and anything else in your brains are always important to any learning processes. Sometimes she is not careful about the small area.
