First P1 friends gathering @ Botanic Garden

After e life skills volunteer work in school, I got to know some mummies in the same class, we wish to let all girls to play together. This June holiday is the right time to go Botanic Garden because Open House - National Orchid Garden. http://www.sbg.org.sg/calendar/regisform.asp?ID=630 Look ! Does this flowers looks like a princess S got to know a new friend from ixora Claudia (left) and her classmate Charlotte (right) nice to be in the Cool House. Enjoying playing bubbles.. A Nice group photo. Can't imagine we finished 2 loafs bread just to feed the fishes.

Army Open House 2012

This was our first year attended Singapore Army Open House. Last year ! we went Singapore Air Force open house http://tongfamilysabrina.blogspot.com/2011/05/rsaf-open-house-2011.html We planned to go early in the morning but S has legs pain in the middle of the night. We didn't manage to have a good sleep.We missed the 10am show. Free bedok mini forest adventure, we nearly queuing for 1 hour. Recently, Bedok Adventure have setting up this type of mini adventure in some of the shopping mall @ $18.00. There are a total of 9 different obstacles on the course and it take 5 to 15 minutes for a child to complete one lap. S wanted to challange a very high rock climbing and flying fox but too bad they have a age limit at 10.S also had e car ride and bouncing castle. Last stop, we went e Army exihibition has some preview on the past and future.

Singapore Arts Festival 2012 @ SAM8Q

How do u normally spend your holiday with your children ? a oversea trip ? a short gateway ? I usually will bring S to join those free program in Singapore. Our first stop is Children's Season at the Singapore Art Museum 14 May 2010 to 18 July 2010 The Singapore Art Museum will host its inaugural Children's Season in May. Young people will be introduced to contemporary art in an interactive, supportive and fun family environment. The entire SAM at 8 Queen Street building will be transformed into magical art gardens showcasing artist projects and artworks inspired by nature. Selected for their imagination and interactivity, these displays will be accompanied with captions to engage young visitors with the art works. Activity sheets inspired by the art works will enhance the children's learning experience. Young visitors can also participate in a series of artists' workshops and enjoy short film screenings.
