Bukit Timah Nature Reserve - Up hill and down dale( Summit )

Bukit Timah is an area in Singapore and a hill in that area. Bukit Timah is located near the centre of the Singapore main island. The hill stands at an altitude of 163.63 metres (537 ft.) and is the highest point in the city-state of Singapore. A journey to discover the rich natural and historical heritage of Bukit Timah. It will cover themed areas from WW2 history at the Memories at Old Ford Factory to the flora and fauna of Bukit Timah Reserve, as well as many interesting places and landmarks. A trip with 2 younger children, we did not went up by trail or short cut by steps ,we can be easily accessed on foot by a path within 30 min to 1 hour. finding map for Bukit Timah, Singapore and Malaysia. Nature Treasure Hunt-Saga Seeds

Recently, S asking us to go City Hall to look for saga seeds again. Finding saga seeds are going to be her treasure activity in her life. On and off, she will be reminding me going for her treasure hunt. During her discovery,I can heard a lot of excitement words " wow ! Here a lot of saga seeds, mummy! You see !, My eyes are sharp,Am can find more than you, mummy !... searching here and there. Connect with nature,S more happier and adventures. 6.5 year old of her could explain many thing to me that what she has been seeing ? what has she finding ? help mummy to understand her more.This is a great idea that, we had done it before, when she was 2 or 3 year old. I let her feel the bark of the trees, feel the grass, feel the leaves.. Find Saga Seeds again

After eyes check up. I brought Sabrina to St Andrew's Cathedral again..S has mention a few times that she want to go again. Today, We saw a lot of small grasshoppers hopping everywhere.. A bit dissappointed...the place not much saga seeds compare with last few times we went in Apr. But Sabrina still happy because she find more than mummy. :)

Mummy and Daughter Pulau Ubin + Chek Jawa Trip

By chance , I get to know my neighbour uncle would go Pulau Ubin twice a week ,, Monday and Friday, so I decided let Sabrina skip one day school and bring Sabrina go Nature explore @ Pulau Ubin with my kind neighbour uncle ,he will be my tour guide for the day. Uncle need to go over to his friend durians farm. Along the way to uncle friend, we had saw many group of people sitting at the road side waiting durians to drop, according to the uncle there are durians trees every where no one own the durians ..many Singaporean will travel here to pick up free durians... we saw many people all 满载而归 and smile in their face. when neighbour uncle went out to pick up his friends again leave only me and Sabrina in the house. After fire station museum, we had lunch at Funan center..when we are walking toward City Hall MRT.. I remember this nearby church also one of the place for finding saga seeds After our Punggol park last week.. Sabrina kind of fall in love with finding SAGA seeds..
