Mummy and Daughter Pulau Ubin + Chek Jawa Trip
By chance , I get to know my neighbour uncle would go Pulau Ubin twice a week ,,
Monday and Friday, so I decided let Sabrina skip one day school and bring Sabrina go Nature explore @ Pulau Ubin with my kind neighbour uncle ,he will be my tour guide for the day.
I always wanted to bring S to a place call" Chek Jawa" but our Saturday schedule doesn't fix e group. http://chekjawa.nus.edu.sg/

The first thing, we rented a bicycle as our transportation in Pulau Ubin. Uncle need to go over to his friend durians farm.
Along the way to uncle friend, we had saw many group of people sitting at the road side waiting durians to drop, according to the uncle there are durians trees every where no one own the durians ..many Singaporean will travel here to pick up free durians... we saw many people all 满载而归 and smile in their face.
when neighbour uncle went out to pick up his friends again leave only me and Sabrina in the house. I am a lucky star , I over heard sound "pong.. pong" 2 durians are dropping at the same timing. wow very excited feeling.. I quickly run to pick up.
This is my first time experience it, feel good.
We are preparing to go Chek Jawa after the rain stop about 2pm, me and neighbour uncle cycle in , the rest of his friends are walking in.
This is also my first time, cycle outside Singapore, I feels a bit worry because I am not alone, I still need to take care Sabrina is behind me.. and the roads is not smooth there are many slopes up and down all the way but is very exciting. Even thought Sabrina was sitting behind also say that. We take about 30min to cycle in.. and walk needs 1 hour.
We have stuck there for 30min because there are 山猪 blocking our way,山猪 come in a family about 6 or 7 of them. We were scared about it because we don't know what will happen next.
Finally, we reached Chek Jawa.we saw a very beautiful and cute house..
Very nice scenery and strong winds .. blows away our tiredness. Everyone starting to enjoy.
especially, Sabrina. she scream, she laugh, she run and she jump. all aunties also join her.
but one thing.. we forgot to check the low tide timing for walk on the shore..we can't see any of sea creatures.
I think . I will plan other trip to Chek Jawa with our family again.
