Sabrina's baking day "Almond sponge Cake"

Sabrina talk to me " Mummy ! we too long time never have baking session, can we have one tomorrow ?"
We prepare the ingredients together..how much sugar we need ? how many eggs we need ?
baking sponge cake egg yolk and egg white need to beat separate.
Sabrina ofter to help on crack the eggs but I told her we need to separate the egg white and egg yolk, and she need to watch and learn how to doing it first. Next time, she will get her chance.
Can u see see her sweat dripping ? she was trying to do every step...

End up, She finished up 3 cupcakes right straight away !Yum yum !

Punggol Promenade Riverside Walk

Sabrina went Rollerblade at Promenade Riverside Walk again. We met one father and son ... they are fantastic in playing Rollerblade. The father volunteer to teach Sabrina how to play Rollerblade in a right way.. how to "break fall" and how to move and also how to stop. http://www.tellmehowto.net/howto/rollerblade_862 Thanks to their tips .. I need to keep reminding Sabrina, she need to lift up her legs.If financial allow... I also want to sign up Sabrina for the inline-skating course. Too bad, her daddy still have not got his job..:( worries I intend to bring Sabrina go Rollerblade more often, more practice. Hoping one day, Sabrina could zooming like them.
