Healthy life style
Holiday period, Sabrina still wake up at her normal routine time,sometimes even early at 5.45am.
Today, she was asked me a question when she was woke up at 5.45.
Mummy ! can we find "WASPS" in Singapore ? I am buzzed because I don't know what is "Wasp" ? then she has told me is a kind of "Insects"
I'm tried to find the answer by using iPhone to search when we was still in the bed.

I was thinking nothing to do.. if I let her go out of the bed room.. she will definitely will want to read her story book. To avoid her reading at the long hour.
Decide to go for a jog at 6.15am.We run from "Punggol flyover highway" just a very short distance from our house.
At least Sabrina is a sport person, she is enjoying the run.
Morning exercise could help her achieve better of her day, physical fitness, confidence and stronger self-esteem, more energy, better memory, and simply a good feeling about themselves.
