6th Piano Lesson
We had brought an addition book name "A Dozen A Day" is for technical exercises for the Piano to be done each day Before practising.
This book is to help develop strong hands and flexible fingers.
Teacher Rebecca teaches Sabrina how to play Walking (normal) and Jumping (Staccato)
A new note for today is left hand G,teacher Rebecca teaches how to play with both hands with notes G,A,B,C,D,E.
Sabrina need to learn how to reading the both hands notes and play at the same. Sabrina feel a bit confused or stress, She was trying hard.
Teacher Rebecca had covered quite a lot today. She also teaches Sabrina how to play sharing middle C with right hand and left hand.Sabrina had tried it many times that she could get it right.
Learning Piano is not a easy task...need a lot a practising at home.
One thing, A pianist use a lot of right hand and left hand.
Learning Piano could help right brain and left brain work very well.
Reading a piece of music takes a great deal of focus, causing a child to interpret a note and a rhythm, translate it into hand movements on the keyboard and then immediately go on to the next one. Reading and playing music allows them to think both critically and creatively.
