When I was there Thursday for my photo taking,I saw a little girl with her grandparent caught fish in the river look very fun. and yet, we ever paid and caught longkang fish at Pasir ris. now is free. We went about 6pm after S has her afternoon nap when she was back from her Drama Camp in school. S cycled her own bike and I am sitting behind daddy bicycle. Along the road, we have see a lot people are caught fish in the river, regardless of children and parents and some teenagers too. S was very excited ,cant wait to stop her bicycle at the side, flying walk into the field straight to the river. S was looking hard for e fish. I saw a lot of people went dip in the river..walking in the water. We joined in the fun too. The water was very cooling and not smelly , I think was because of heavy rain in the morning.Now water was very clean. After awhile, security guards was calling us up because the siren light was on and the water level was high too. Is a dangerous sign ! Walking in the rive...

So fast, Thursday again is S art day ! last week we had made our cotton ball sheep. What we want to do for today ? Watercolors ! Know this "Abstract Art" from my aunt, I decide to do this with S. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abstract_art I need to do some homework on this area..because I not a creative person.But I hope I could learn it with S. As she grow, I grow too.

Every Thursday, S no need to rush home for her nap! and also her free play day. I Cycled S around after lunch at coffee shop nearby her school. We stop at Toa Payoh Lor 1 saw this old playground there are no other children at the playground. We saw a few workers sweeping away the dry leaves..S said mummy can we go adventure once a week ? We went a fews playground around e Toa Payoh area. Weather is getting hot like an oven..I continual cycle her along e highway, locked my bike under e overhead bridge then we went over to Lor 4..There is another playground over there ! S tried e flying fox.. She has so much fun..I think she will like Thursday more compare with other day of the week..

I was too bored at home, so I grab my camera and take my bike and off to go my photo taking at Bishan park ,but the weather is like unbearably warm. The time is just about 9.30am. U properly can't imaging how is was my feeling. I used to see some tourists hanging their camera on their neck walking around the street to take photo. Today, I would like to be one of them :). I was hanging my camera on my neck , cycled my bike I could feel the hot air breeze on my face. Even the weather was killing, I still could see many people walking around the park. Anybody could share with me where can I find butterflies in Singapore park ? not those need to paid the entry fee just like sentosa butterfly park. Happened, saw this tiger bee flying over my head. I would like Eeee. Feel good, when I see more greenery. My feeling on Banyan tree-look at the banyan tree is always give me the feeling of there is a sad and love story behind. How to teach a child read well in Chinese or English ? Some mummies asked me.. A daily reading routine, At least 30 mins on each time. After setting a reading routine then what must parents do ? will help a child concentrate on the book ? A technique of story telling..how to tell well on story to attract children focus on the book ? first,expressions, telling a story rich in characters and acting out the characters in the story. The reading time with parent is very very important,as a working parent no choice have to send children go phonics lesson, children have to learn technique from learning center, but parent need to spend at least 30min each day to polish it at home,involve in their leaning journey. Since S was 1, I have been reading story books to her every night..mummy always act like a mad women when come to story time, having fun with her, crazy time with her, giving her the impression reading is not her study or learning time! reading is a playing time with her. S likes read...

Show white Sheep is from me, colorful (new version) doing by S. Grandma said white sheep look like a young kid and colorful ones look a bit older like mummy sheep.

Mcdonalds again ! S and Catherine often request to go Mcdonalds together... feel great that they could get along.

At 2.30pm, I went to pick S from school, the weather was good, not so cold not so hot. But the moment I cycle out of our block, The sun was so bright and hot,it beated on me. so pain !.Immediately, I regretted not to bring my jacket along with me. I was so upset by the unpredictable weather. S went straight to caught her beauty sleep after a packet of strawberry milk without taking any lunch. She must be very tired after her long day at school. In the everning,the sky was still drizzling. Suddendly, our house appealing a orange mix light, It feel like we are in the golden house..it so beautiful. Immediately, I got my camera run down of the house.. finding the amazing lights. Today I witnessed it amazing world and amazing sky in our life. Treasure it before you regret.

S was in 第二名. S won herself a first prize in CHIJ $10 popular voucher. I asked her " S, how u managed won 2nd place for yourself ?" She answered me proudly.. "Mummy, I work very hard.. I sing and doing action at the same time." Yes ! She will doing well when she has self-esteem in her life.

After e gathering, we brought S to SK library, I happened to see this book 我从哪里来 ? in Chinese version. To me surprise, it explain so much detail than english version. I had explain the terms of egg and sperm and as well about fall in love ..in the simplest way when she was 4/5 year old, but did not manage explain to her about process of sexual intercourse..I just told her " not to share same bed with boy ." We talks about journey of pregnancy,how does babies grow in uterus. I show her picture books of fetal development, so that she can see what is going on inside mother. I'm reminding her at the same time that she need to has good eating habits so that she could grow stronger, she could has a healthy baby when she be a adult just like mummy. I not sure how much she could understand from now...

Brought S to her K2 friends gathering at Pizza Hut, Sengkang.Yes ! she was excited. She missed all her friends.. she feels lonely be a only child. she always asking for someone could play with her,sleep with her and even could study with her. no need to shout for mummy and daddy to company her. S did mention to me that:"mummy, always on FB and funshion movie". I feel guilty. So far, S has no problem interacting with friends..because she loves making new friends..Friendships are important in helping children develop emotionally and socially. So, she is doing great. A few times, S saw fews groups of students was gathered around for school projects ,discussion at Mcdonald's. She was so envy ! Yes ! I told her, she will has her chance to do so. Hope their friendship will never ends.. Happiness could find in their face.
