Our 1st trip to Cameron Highlands 21-24 Jun
I bought this : $198 per pax for 3D2N Cameron Highlands Strawberry Park Resort Studio Suite Room Stay with Breakfast + Steamboat Dinner + 2 Way Coach (Worth $450)from Groupon for short family trip through Konsortium travel agency.
Our journey to Cameron Highlands started on 21 Jun 10.30pm, S enjoyed TV games on the coach, sleep after one stop at YongPeng Johor.
@ 6.47am,we reached Cameron Highlands with motion sickness inducing bus ride,S vomited once on the way up to the Brinchang, Cameron Highlands. We lucky enough to witness our family first sunrise in the Cameron Highlands when we was still on the bus. Feel great on our amazing world.
Sky slowly covered by orangerie..
30mins later,coach stopped us at Brinchang town for breakfast at the same time waiting for their tour guide to give briefing on Cameron Highlands and selling their tours package.
Feel so happy that we finally reached our distination. I quickly get off the bus with S without brought jackets along. Eeeee morning freezing cold. Get on the bus again for our jackets.
We had wantons mee and hot milo.. hmmm not very good. so so...
Tour briefing started at 8.20am, we bought 2 package 1)Nature Discovery Tour RM60 Adult and RM50 Child ,2) Agro Delight Tour RM 65 Adult and RM55 Child from Titiwangsa Tours & Travel.
9.30am, we had already at Strawberry Park Resort.. a bit too early for check-in our hotel room.
while waiting, we had a walk at Strawberry Park Resort Garden.
Cooling weather, fresh air that you can't find it in Singapore. S had fun picking up flowers and leaves on the ground.
We would find different type of flowers and plants in the garden.
Can I reach up the top of this tree ?
S also have a good time in their children playground.. Eco playground.
About 10.30am, I saw a couple that same coach with us from Singapore were walking up the resort with their luggages. Wow! can early check-in @ 1030am, we quickly ran back to the hotel.
The room very model and very spaces.
We had caught a good rest in the room before set off our tour package in the afternoon at 2pm. Agro Delight Tour.
First, we stop at Cactus farm..
Organic farming-broccoli, sweet corns
Interesting part: eating raw sweet corn. very nice to eat and sweet.S and Daddy keep asking for more.
Water-cress farm-grow it naturely by itself. We also taste it on the spot.
Strawberry farm with self picking of strawberry. They will estimate the amount and we need to pay in advance before we went in.
Lettuce delight-Hydrophonic Farming
Last stop at Flower nursery- We only see "chrysanthemum" and no much blooming. a bit difficult to walk in.. S and I slipped a few times.
The package inclusive of veg steamboat buffet on veg.. hahaha not bad. nice to have steamboat in this cold weather.
We enjoyed our first day.
