CNY Celebrated In My Hometown, Sitiawan

Celebrating CNY in Malaysia definitely is more fun and happy than Singapore. One thing, we always do in CNY is Firecrackers...

first, we need to tie the firecrackers one by one together, become long dragon...

and make sure e firecrackers will not break half way.. because we believe if firecrackers light up from beginning to the end.. we will have a lucky year for the family.

Everyone was helping... we need to get ready before 12pm

12pm, everyone let off firecrackers ..Firecrackers flashed all around during the celebration.Look at the firecrackers!

After firecrackers.. we will see red papers everywhere on the ground.

This is the 2ND year, we got this Amazing Flying Lanterns..I also dont know when flying lanterns 流行 in my hometown.All flying lantern brought back by my sister in JB.





Our wishes will come true... wishes everyone have a smooth year in 2011








Everyone was outside of the house looking up for fireworks, firecrackers and flying lantern everywhere.

Finally, S exam date getting nearer ,about a week more...Changed from grade 1 exam to grade 2 in Nov 11, spend her quality time to practices almost everyday. She has prepared 3 pieces exam songs and all Scales, Arpeggios & Broken Chords in 4 months time. and she has started her piano lesson since her 5YO birthday in Sep 10 spend about 1 and a half year to reached grade 2. The 3 house playground @ Changi City Point

Today is Sabrina last piano lesson @ Tampines, so decided bring Sabrina to have fun @ Expo Changi City Point, get to know this thru sengkangbabies blog. Outside the shopping centre there is a very beautiful lighting and the lights will change colors. The 3 house playground is located @ 2nd floor just outside e food count. e water play very similar to the NEX, serangoon. Except the 3 house have a more adventures playground not like the usual slide. water play is always fun..Is time to enjoy her childhood time. Time for destress... spin,spin,spin and round,round,round. went home about 7.30pm..bc S still has not done her stellar handwriting HW from school.
