I am a little baker ?

Sabrina had been assistance me in baking quite a few times.

Today,I decided to let Sabrina do her own cupcakes from the step 1 to the end.

Am I look like a baker ????

I have prepare the ingredients for her. She is reading the recipe and the process.

teaching her measure/weighing sugar and flour.

Mixing the butter and sugar till creamed, she also learn how to breaking the eggs into the bowl and beat it add vanilla.

Sift the flour + baking powder into the mixture.

add milk and fold the batter till smooth

Ready to bake

Sabrina first cupcakes all doing by herself


Sabrina also trying to do the decoration for the cake.

She is so proud that she could do everthing by herself..

Finally, S exam date getting nearer ,about a week more...Changed from grade 1 exam to grade 2 in Nov 11, spend her quality time to practices almost everyday. She has prepared 3 pieces exam songs and all Scales, Arpeggios & Broken Chords in 4 months time. and she has started her piano lesson since her 5YO birthday in Sep 10 spend about 1 and a half year to reached grade 2. The 3 house playground @ Changi City Point

Today is Sabrina last piano lesson @ Tampines, so decided bring Sabrina to have fun @ Expo Changi City Point, get to know this thru sengkangbabies blog. Outside the shopping centre there is a very beautiful lighting and the lights will change colors. The 3 house playground is located @ 2nd floor just outside e food count. e water play very similar to the NEX, serangoon. Except the 3 house have a more adventures playground not like the usual slide. water play is always fun..Is time to enjoy her childhood time. Time for destress... spin,spin,spin and round,round,round. went home about 7.30pm..bc S still has not done her stellar handwriting HW from school.
