Balancing

After piano, I teaches her some Balance Techniques and Exercises in the room.
Body balancing is beneficial in a lot of ways, she could play Rollerblades, cycling,
... she able to control her body well.

Breathing exercises are another effective way to promote body balance, from 2 year old I had teaches Sabrina Breathing skills just like yoga. Every night we had practised for 10 times breathe in and out.

Today,Sabrina is Learning" How to Balance on One Leg" in Yoga

Yoga helps them to increase self-awareness, self-expression, and self-confidence as well as creativity.A focused mind in asanas enhances concentration, self-power, and self-discipline. Breathing techniques help to calm their emotions and bring clarity and neutrality to them.

This Exercises also helps Build strong muscles.
