Eyes Checkup

Last Dec till today, Sabrina haven change her last pair of spectacles..
last checkup was in May.. not much increase.
but today checkup is "right eyes 75 increase higher than left eyes 25"
Now right eyes and left eyes is same degree at 525 and 525.
according to the Doc power almost stabilise.. still need to control the reading times.. go more outdoor activities.
Sight! Don know what to do....
Spectacles will change next visit before Sabrina enter in P1.

Punggol Promenade Riverside Walk

Sabrina went Rollerblade at Promenade Riverside Walk again. We met one father and son ... they are fantastic in playing Rollerblade. The father volunteer to teach Sabrina how to play Rollerblade in a right way.. how to "break fall" and how to move and also how to stop. http://www.tellmehowto.net/howto/rollerblade_862 Thanks to their tips .. I need to keep reminding Sabrina, she need to lift up her legs.If financial allow... I also want to sign up Sabrina for the inline-skating course. Too bad, her daddy still have not got his job..:( worries I intend to bring Sabrina go Rollerblade more often, more practice. Hoping one day, Sabrina could zooming like them.
