Cakes for Husband birthday

I had tried to make my first cheese cake but is failed, the cheese does not go one layer up and the cheese cake doesn't look nice :{. I think the problem is because of I didn't put enough 400g of cream cheese, but the taste of the cheese cake is nice.At lease my husband said. :).

This is the chocolate cake that I make for my husband. Is successful. The outlook is look nicer than my first cake.
The challenging part is whipping the cake,needed a lot of hands skill.Is not easy to smooth the whipping cream on the cake.again I believe practice makes perfect.
I got to practice more.

Finally, S exam date getting nearer ,about a week more...Changed from grade 1 exam to grade 2 in Nov 11, spend her quality time to practices almost everyday. She has prepared 3 pieces exam songs and all Scales, Arpeggios & Broken Chords in 4 months time. and she has started her piano lesson since her 5YO birthday in Sep 10 spend about 1 and a half year to reached grade 2. I could says " She is working really hard".Even thought she had scolded or spanked by me. (I am very firm). The 3 house playground @ Changi City Point

Today is Sabrina last piano lesson @ Tampines, so decided bring Sabrina to have fun @ Expo Changi City Point, get to know this thru sengkangbabies blog. Outside the shopping centre there is a very beautiful lighting and the lights will change colors. The 3 house playground is located @ 2nd floor just outside e food count. e water play very similar to the NEX, serangoon. Except the 3 house have a more adventures playground not like the usual slide. water play is always fun..Is time to enjoy her childhood time. Time for destress... spin,spin,spin and round,round,round. went home about 7.30pm..bc S still has not done her stellar handwriting HW from school.
