Harvesting My Red Rice Wine
Finally, Today is 30 days. I need to harvesting my red rice wine.
I need a sieve and big container (bowl)--filter/separating wine and drier fermented ang chow.

Fill the wine into a recycling bottle

The wine can be used for marinating meat and cooking chicken soup..

add some ginger fry with sesame oil + half bottle of red rice wine and add a bit of water + chicken...boil it about 45min. the chicken soup is ready

Sabrina's favorites mee sao chicken soup..she can even finish 2 bunch of mee sao. :)
that is a lot.
