K2 Cycling to School daily

I have let Sabrina cycle with me during Dec holiday a few times, I confirmed she's able to handle the bicycle well. On Thurs, we went to brought bicycle locks for her. Friday, I have let Sabrina cycle her own bicycle to school with me.This is the first time I cycle with her to School. In 2010, I always run behind her to school, frankly is quite tiring to run of her and need to catch up with her..afraid she can't handle well on road , plus there are many cars in the morning.
This is the slope...

Whole journey, she need to go thru 2 traffic lights and some small lane that have a lot of cars coming in and out.. because of the childcare centre along the road.

So far I haven't let her cycle home from school, till now,there are slope on the way home, afraid her don know how to use bicycle breaks. If can't use breaks well That will be more dangerous for her.

She has grow taller in Dec 10. At least she could let her legs down on ground flap.

Grow more confident on road

We lock her bicycle in school.

She could cycle to and fro .

Finally, S exam date getting nearer ,about a week more...Changed from grade 1 exam to grade 2 in Nov 11, spend her quality time to practices almost everyday. She has prepared 3 pieces exam songs and all Scales, Arpeggios & Broken Chords in 4 months time. and she has started her piano lesson since her 5YO birthday in Sep 10 spend about 1 and a half year to reached grade 2. I could says " She is working really hard".Even thought she had scolded or spanked by me. (I am very firm). The 3 house playground @ Changi City Point

Today is Sabrina last piano lesson @ Tampines, so decided bring Sabrina to have fun @ Expo Changi City Point, get to know this thru sengkangbabies blog. Outside the shopping centre there is a very beautiful lighting and the lights will change colors. The 3 house playground is located @ 2nd floor just outside e food count. e water play very similar to the NEX, serangoon. Except the 3 house have a more adventures playground not like the usual slide. water play is always fun..Is time to enjoy her childhood time. Time for destress... spin,spin,spin and round,round,round. went home about 7.30pm..bc S still has not done her stellar handwriting HW from school.
